Due to the nature of our services and products, we do not offer refunds on treatments or products. However, if you are not satisfied with a service, please reach out to us within 7 days, and we will work with you to find a suitable solution.

If you arrive late for your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you, but your session may be shortened to ensure we stay on schedule. Please be mindful of the time to get the most out of your visit.

We understand that life happens, but please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. No-shows or last-minute cancellations may be subject to a fee to help us accommodate other clients.
